Building Division Office Manager
Brief info

Louise joined AAES Ltd in 2012 as one of only two office staff members for administrative and accounting functions. Initially her responsibilities included accounts adminstration, assistant to Richard May and Stuart R Jameson, and shared receptionist duties. She also served the asbestos division for a time prior to her maternity leave in 2016 when Paula Kelly took over this role. As AAES Ltd has grown, so have Louise's responsibilities. She now oversees all the administration for the building maintenance, groundworks and roofing divisions, co-coordinating all the contracts and ensuring all required paperwork is present and completed. Alongside this, she is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the office as a whole. Prior to coming to work for AAES, Louise managed the office for a plumbing company in her home town of Lurgan so was no stranger to the construction industry.
